In society , the population issplit down the middle in terms if whether people are more PC windows or Apple Mac , People tend to feel a bit scared of using a mac due to it being technical and may look complicated , But if like me you wish to be in the graphics profession you will at some point need to use a mac as creatively its better , windows is more for Academically advised for people doing Non-creative subjects.

This is just one of many magazines that portray Thin women that have also been airbrushed to look better on the cover.
Some celebrities are happy for the magazines to airbrush their photos so that they look perfect but you can get some that are already happy with how they look and do not mind having their photo original printed for the world to see like Britney spears .
To the (left) is the airbrushed image and to the (right) is the natural image the one that has not be altered.
I feel like if more celebrities were to show that they are happy with how they look and show their unaltered images then maybe more women would feel more confident with the way they look..

Semiotics ( signs )
The world is really visual when you think about it , These symbols that you see on the toilet doors and even on the road them signs that show you the directions of where to go , without these symbols you would feel lost, Texts just will not do in certain situations , what if someone does not understand english or does not understand how to communicate to ask anyone , they would rely on these symbols to guide them through everyday life , Even me when walking through a shopping mall , when i need the toilet , i would look for the man and women sign , which will guide me which way it is .
Even underground tube signs and bus stops , on some of the maps you see on the street they will use the little signs and place them on the map so that you can easily pinpoint where the place you need is, which is helpful .
There are some that may pefer text to symbols but me personally , i feel like symbols are more of a need then text , as some people just may not be able to read and will need the symbols to work things out .
